Special Programs groups (Athletics, Donaghey Scholars, DCSTEM Scholars, Artwing, Chancellor's Leadership Corps) move in first, followed by the general resident population across the rest of the window. North and South Hall residents check in at the Commons building specifically. Bring your student ID for building access - you won't be able to enter without it.

- Move-in runs Wednesday, August 19 through Sunday, August 23, 2026, with Special Programs groups (Athletics, Donaghey Scholars, DCSTEM Scholars, Artwing, Chancellor's Leadership Corps) arriving first, followed by the general resident population across the rest of the window.
- Check-in location
- North and South Hall residents check in at the Commons building specifically - other halls check in at their own front desk. Bring your student ID, since you won't be able to enter your building without it.
- What you'll receive
- Housing options include private rooms, suites, apartments, and pod-style living, with amenities such as full kitchens (in apartment-style halls), laundry, and WiFi, per Campus Living's own general amenities list.
Move-in day tips
- Arrive during your assigned move-in window - arriving early may mean waiting until your time slot.
- Bring a rolling cart or hand truck - campus carts can run out quickly during busy move-in periods.
