Exact schedule and appointment details are sent to your Trojan Pass email once your housing assignment is finalized. All students under 19 not commuting from a parent/guardian's home within a one-hour commute are required to live on campus.

Move-in day logistics
- Arrival window
- Move-in weekend is August 8-10, 2026. Your specific check-in date and time are sent via your electronic assignment notification once your housing assignment is finalized.
- Check-in location
- Check in personally with your assigned residence hall's staff - room keys are obtained during check-in. Students who arrived early or stayed during an interim period still need to complete regular check-in.

Move-in day tips
- Arrive during your assigned move-in window - arriving early may mean waiting until your time slot.
- Bring a rolling cart or hand truck - campus carts can run out quickly during busy move-in periods.
