Complete your Housing Contract through the Future Sea Gull Portal by December 1. Diversity Training, Alcohol Wise Training, Wellbeing 101, and Consent & Respect Training must all be completed before arriving on campus.

Move-in day logistics
- Arrival window
- Move-in traffic runs 6 a.m.-1 p.m. on Move-In Day.
- Check-in location
- Check in at your assigned residence hall.
- Parking
- During Move-In Day hours, several lots are restricted to move-in traffic and deliveries only, including Camden Parking Lot E, Route 13 Lots A and B, College Avenue Lots G and H, Dogwood Parking Lot D, and the Wayne Street parking garage. All other visitors are directed to the Avery parking lot; Camden Lot F is closed for construction.
- Vehicle restrictions
- Only move-in vehicles and deliveries are permitted in the designated move-in lots during event hours; northbound and southbound Route 13 traffic is detoured around campus for the day.
Move-in day tips
- Arrive during your assigned move-in window - arriving early may mean waiting until your time slot.
- Bring a rolling cart or hand truck - campus carts can run out quickly during busy move-in periods.
- Have a parking backup plan - spaces near residence halls can fill up quickly, so know where you can unload if your preferred area is full.
- Watch the loading-zone time limit - many campuses require you to move your vehicle to longer-term parking after unloading.
