Residence halls check students in on Saturday, August 15 and Sunday, August 16, between 10 a.m. and midnight, before classes begin August 18. Move-in day logistics

- Check-in location
- You check in at your assigned residence hall (North Tower, South Tower, or Wilson Hall). Watch your Concord email for your hall's instructions.
- What you'll receive
- You'll get your room assignment and key at check-in. Wilson Hall rooms have two twin beds, two desks and chairs, built-in dressers, two closets, and a vanity mirror; curtains aren't provided. North and South Tower suites have two adjustable twin XL beds, two desks and chairs, dressers, and wardrobes, with a private suite bathroom.
Move-in day tips
- Arrive during your assigned move-in window - arriving early may mean waiting until your time slot.
- Bring a rolling cart or hand truck - campus carts can run out quickly during busy move-in periods.
- Have a parking backup plan - spaces near residence halls can fill up quickly, so know where you can unload if your preferred area is full.
- Watch the loading-zone time limit - many campuses require you to move your vehicle to longer-term parking after unloading.
