By scheduled check-in appointment via the Clemson Home Portal. All residents check in at the P-5 parking lot before proceeding to their building - limited to two vehicles per resident. Buildings may run warm during move-in since all doors stay open, making airflow difficult to regulate - it can take 48 to 72 hours for a building to regain its normal temperature. P.O. Box assignment information is sent to your Clemson email account prior to move-in - don't ship anything until you receive it.

- The P-5 Parking Lot, at the intersection of Hwy 76 & Perimeter, before proceeding to your assigned building.
- Vehicle restrictions
- Limited to two vehicles per resident during check-in.
Move-in day tips
- Arrive during your assigned move-in window - arriving early may mean waiting until your time slot.
- Bring a rolling cart or hand truck - campus carts can run out quickly during busy move-in periods.
- Have a parking backup plan - spaces near residence halls can fill up quickly, so know where you can unload if your preferred area is full.
- Watch the loading-zone time limit - many campuses require you to move your vehicle to longer-term parking after unloading.
